Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor packaging machinery in a safe and efficient manner |

Package pork and beef products according to customer specifications and SOPs |
|
Inspect packaged products for quality, weight, and labeling accuracy |
|
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of packaging areas and equipment |
|
Accurately complete packaging records, logs, and traceability documentation |
|
Identify and report packaging defects, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards immediately |
|
Follow workplace health and safety policies and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required |
|
Participate in required training related to food safety, packaging operations, and workplace safety |
|
Assist with inventory management of packaging materials and supplies |
