Key Responsibilities:
Assist in cutting, trimming, and portioning pork and beef products according to SOPs and production schedules |
Operate or assist in operating production machinery and equipment safely |
Manually or mechanically transport raw materials, intermediate, and finished products as required |
Perform packaging, labeling, and final product inspection tasks |
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment |
Complete production records, logs, and checklists accurately and timely |
Identify and report any product nonconformance, equipment malfunction, or safety hazards immediately |
Follow workplace health and safety policies and use PPE as required |
Participate in required training including food safety, GMPs, and workplace safety |
Support team efforts to meet production targets and quality objectives |
