 If you are a reliable and dependable individual with a strong work ethic, and you are passionate about providing quality service, we want to hear from you. We are currently seeking two experienced Roofers to join our talented and passionate team in Regina on a permanent basis. 

Duties/Responsibilities

• Install new roofs (shingles and related roofing systems) on residential homes.
• Conduct roof repairs and replacements including removing old roof materials, preparing roof surfaces, installing underlayments, flashing, ventilation, and final roofing material.
• Inspect roofs for damage, wear, and potential problem areas and perform repairs.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety standards and procedures and complying with company standards and industry regulations.
• Other duties as required by the supervisor.

Required Skills and Experience

• Completion of a trade certification program;
• Minimum two years experience with working knowledge of shingle installation and variety of roofing systems;
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail;
• Strong listening, time-management, and communication skills;
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as an essential part of a team;
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and stand for extended periods of time, and safely climb ladders, scaffolding and stairwells to work at heights;
• Ability to work at heights for long hours;
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45kg (100 lbs); and
• Strong communication skills in English both verbally and written
